Notes
  • Experiment
Heterozygous joggle(Atp2b2-jog) mice which were congenic with C3H in the mouse Chromosome 6 jog region were crossed with C57BL/6J or MSM mice. The joggle mutant mapped to an 0.8 kb region flanked by D6Oda20 and D6Oda33. This region included the Atp2b2 (PMCA2) locus. An alternative form of Atp2b2 is causitive of the joggle mutation. The order of loci in mouse Chromosome 6 is as listed for this text .
