The order and distance between markers on Chromosome 11 was determined to be: centromere - D11Mit365 - 0.93 cM - D11Mit22 - 0.08 cM - D11Mit37 - 0.04 cM - D11Spn2 - 0.04 cM - Ccl2 -0.85 cM - D11Spn1 - 0.04 cM - Ccl1 - 0.04 cM - D11Mit66 - 0.04 cM - D11Mit354 - 0.04 cM - D11Mit283 - 0.16 cM - Ccl5 - 0.16 cM - D11Mit35.
