  • Experiment
    Mouse STSs were informative to define a region of the mouse X Chromosome deleted in the mouse Bent tail phenotype. In addition to marker Zic3 STS markers px-65f3, px-35al were within the deleted region whereas px-44c10 and px-41g10 were not deleted. Content mapping of overlapping YACs showed that the region deleted include approximately 1 Mb of DNA.
