Genes
GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Nkx3-1 Southern analysis, direct sequencing
Nkx2-6 Southern analysis, direct sequencing, PCR amplified length variant
Notes
  • Experiment
he screening of a Cosmid library with NKx3-1 resulted in the isolation of a clone that contained both NKx3-1 and Nkx2-6. Further molecular analysis of this clone was informative to show that the genes were separated by approximatly 12kb on mouse Chromosome 14.
