Notes
  • Experiment
The Bent tail allele of Zic3 was analysed in a series of overlapping BAC clones that were obtained by library screened using markers Zic3 and DXMit208. BAC end markers DXChri1, DXChri2, DXChri3, DXChri4 and DXChri5 were informative to show that the Bn mutation is included in an area of 60 - 170 kb deleted in Zic3 genomic DNA. The DXChri markers could not be orientated with respect to the centomere.
