  • Experiment
    The authors genotyped a sample of 48 progeny from the EUCIB backcross panel. Computational linkage analysis of the genotyping results showed that Gpr50 mapped to mouse Chromosome X. Gpr50 showed complete linkage to anchor markers DXMit143 (lod score = 12.04) and DXMit87 (lod score = 11.74). These markers were flanked by DXMit54 (proximal) and DXMit8 (distal).
