Rbmy Southern analysis Rbm1 genomic
Tp(Y)1Ct Southern analysis pSx1
Notes
  • Reference
Sx1 is currently Tp(Y)1Ct in MGD.
  • Experiment
Authors screened a mouse Y mapping blot and observed hybridization in a Y-specific fashion. Similar Southern hybridization patterns were observed for Tp(Y)1Ct (authors calls it Sx1), suggesting Rbm1 is part of the Tp(Y)1Ct repeat in the Y Chromosome.
