Notes
  • Experiment
    The authors analyzed the AKXL (AKR/J x C57L/J) and BXD (DBA/2J x C57BL/6J) recombinant inbred strain distribution patterns of Serping1. The results indicate that the Serping1 gene maps to mouse Chromosome 2. Distances are expressed in cM with 95% confidence interval. AKXL: Mpmv14 - 11.11 [3.1-26.1] - Serping1 - 17.65 [6.8-34.5] - Rap1a-ps2. BXD: D2Ncvs2 - 5 [0.6-16.9] - Serping1 - 4 [0.5-13.7] - Mdk.
