Cnr2 restriction analysis cos 32B, cos 5, cos 10
Evi11 restriction analysis cos 32B, cos 5, cos 10
Fuca1 restriction analysis cos 32B, cos 5, cos 10
Notes
  • Experiment
Restriction analysis of genomic cosmid clones enabled the physical linkage of Cnr2, Evi11 and Fuca within 70kb of genomic DNA on mouse Chromosome 4. Importantly the Evi11 integration site is within an intorn of Cnr2. The physical orientation of the loci is shown as Cnr2 - Evi11 - Fuca.
