Test Description: Mice were anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of
Avertin (1.25% 2,2,2,-tribromoethanol, 20 ml/kg body weight ),
and placed on the platform of the XiscanTM Expert Imaging System
(Model 1000-1, Xitec Inc.) in a prone position, with tail bended to the left
side of the body. Radiography of whole body was taken at a standardized
exposure level and saved digitally. |  |
