Test Description: A motor strength deficit is apparent when there is a 50% point difference between (-/-) or (+/-) mice and (+/+) mice for the fell down response. 0/8 or 1/8 (-/-) or (+/-) mice not climbing indicates impaired motor coordination. 7/8 or 8/8(-/-) or (+/-) mice climbing up indicates enhanced motor coordination.
