Test Description: The Serum Immunoglobulin Isotyping Assay is performed using a Cytometric Bead Array (CBA) kit. This assay is used to rapidly identify the heavy and light chain isotypes of a mouse monoclonal antibody in a single sample. The values expressed are "relative fluorescence units" and are based on the detection of kappa light chains. Any value < 6 is not significant.
