Test Description: The routine urinalysis is a screening test done to provide ageneral evaluation of the renal/urinary system. The characteristics for which urine is routinely examined includes tests for protein, glucose, ketones, blood, bilirubin, urobilinogen, nitrate and leukocyte esterase, as well as pH and specific gravity.
