sICAM for Project: NIH-1790
Test Description: The mouse sICAM-1 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure mouse sICAM-1 levels in serum and plasma. The sample utilized for testing is acquired from the animals, 3 hrs. following injection with a sub lethal dose of LPS. Intracellular adhesion molecule-1 is an inducible transmembrane molecule that plays a role in cell migration, antigen presentation and leukocyte activation.
