Mutation details: This transgene consists of the entire coding region of human JAK2 with the V617F mutation and the 3' noncoding region under the control of the Vav1 promoter. Line A is expressed in hematopoietic tissues, including the thymus, bone marrow, spleen, peripheral blood, and lymph nodes, but not in various nonhematopoietic tissues except for the lung. The gene copy number for line A is 13 +/- 1.4 based on real-time PCR. (J:135993)
