Insertion |

|
Mutation details: This transgene consists of a 152 kb bacterial artificial chromosome clone, 184N10, containing the whole mouse Dyrk1a gene with a 6 kb flanking fragment on the 5' side and a 19 kb flanking fragment on the 3' side and retrofitted to containa a PGKneo cassette (184N10 BAC clone from the pBeloBac11 vector from Research Genetics). The clone contains only the Dyrk1a gene and this transgene contains one extra copy of Dyrk1a. (J:182294)
