Mutation details: A human CUGBP1, 'A' form, clone, containing an N-terminal FLAG epitope tag, was expressed in mice under the control of a mouse creatine kinase (MCK) promoter, enhancer, the untranslated exon 1, and intron 1 and bovine growth hormone 3' flanking genomic segment for proper mRNA 3' end formation. In addition to line 1039, linse 1032 and 1036 were also established. Western blot analysis showed that transgene expression is approximately 4-6 fold above endogenous levels. (J:99370)
