Mutation: | |
Insertion |
| |
|
Mutation details: This transgene expresses human myocilin containing the Y437H mutation under the control of the CMV promoter. Expression of the mutant protein is seen in the iridocorneal angle and sclera but is absent in the retina, similarly to endogenous Myoc expression. Mutant protein accumulates in the endoplasmic reticulum. (J:178254)
