Mutation: | |
Insertion |
| |
|
Mutation details: The mouse promoter drives brain-specific expression of the human cDNA encoding the first 586 N-terminal amino acids (N586) and an expansion of the glutamine tract to 82 (82Q). The transgene was co-integrated with a transgene in which the human promoter drives skin-specific expression fo EGFP. Lines C62 and C63 were generated with the later expressing at higher levels than the former. (J:173756)
