Mutation details: This transgene contains the reverse tetracycline-regulated transactivator gene rtTA under control of the bovine keratin 5 promoter. The rtTA coding sequence lies downstream of approximately 5.2 kilobases of DNA from the 5' flanking region of the keratin followed by a beta-globin intron and upstream of an SV40 polyadenylation signal. Eleven lines were generated. The pound symbol (#) is used to denote when no line is psecified or multiple lines are pooled. (J:65791)
