Mutation: | |
Insertion |
| |
|
Mutation details: This transgene consists of the chicken beta-actin promoter followed by a loxP flanked stop, a kinase-inactive Map3k7 with a K63W mutation, and a polyadenylation signal. Cre mediated recombination removes the stop and allows expression of the kinase-inactive Map3k7 gene. Map3k7 expression is increased about 4 fold and this is the highest expressing line. (J:117108)
