Insertion |

Mutation details: This transgene consists of the mouse Amhr2 promoter driving expression of a constitutively active form of mouse Pik3ca and, following an IRES, GFP. The constitutively active form of Pik3ca was created by the addition of the avian src myristoylation sequence (MGSSKSKPK) to the N terminus of Pik3ca. Twelve founders were generated. This record represents pooled data from multiple founder lines. (J:144834)
