Mutation details: A transgenic construct containing the mutant mouse androgen receptor (Ar), E231G, under the control of the minimal -426/+28 rat probasin promoter, a rabbit beta-globin sequence fragment, a bovine growth hormone polyadenylation site sequence and an N-terminal hemagglutinin (HA) epitope tag was injected into fertilized FVB/N mouse eggs. Seven lines were generated and founder line 7353 was established. (J:96117)
