Mutation details: The first two codons of the RING doman (C449 and K450) were replaced with STOP codons by homologous recombination. This mutation truncates the RING domain and the 13 amino acid sequence between the RING and C terminus. The frt-flanked neo cassette inserted into intron 2 was removed by germ line, flp mediated recombination. (J:138979)
