Mutation details: A mouse Osr1 promoter was used to drive expression of a cre gene with a nuclear localization signal followed by an IRES-EGFP in enodermal organs including the posterior foregut, midgut, hindgut and developing urogeital system, heart left atrium, limb mesenchyme, and extra-ocular muscle. Two founder lines were established with line 4 chosen as the representative line.
