Mutation: | |
Insertion |

Mutation details: The CAG promoter (chicken beta actin promoter) was used to drive ubiquitous expression of a flag-tagged Has2 cDNA preceded by a floxed neo cassette with a polyadenylation sequence. Cre-mediated recombination is required to remove the neo cassette and allow for Has2 expression. Seven lines were established with line HA-99 examined further.
