Mutation details: This transgene consists of a 4.5 kb fragment of the rat synapsin I promotor, a 3.6 kb fragment of human ADCY7 cDNA, and a 650 bp fragment of the human growth hormone gene. Expression is confined to the central nervous system. Three lines (11004, 11012, and 10115) with high levels of expression were created which all have identical phenotype. One of these lines (10115) was generated using FVB/N oocytes while the other 2 used hybrid C57BL/6 x SJL oocytes. This is a representative record for all three lines (J:116797)
