Insertion |

Mutation details: Velocigene technology was used to insert a cassette containing a lacZ-stop-PGK-noe-stop cassette immediately downstream of the ATG in exon 2, subsequently replacing the rest of exon 2 and all of exon 3. Western blot did not detect protein in mutant sciatic nerve lysates. Beta-gal expression was detected widely in the E15 mouse embryo. (J:104989)
