Mutation details: This transgene contains the Cre cDNA fused to the MMTV-LTR promoter containing sequence, and an HSV derived polyA tail. Transgene expression was detected primarily in the mammary gland and accessory male sex organs. Some Cre mediated recombination was also observed in the spleen and salivary glands of mice carrying this allele. (J:61202)
