Mutation details: This transgene consists of 3' enhancer and promoter sequence from the mouse Igk-V21, a flag epitope fused to mouse Bax cDNA, and the 3'UTR from the human growth hormone gene. The highest levels of expression of this transgene are found in the marrow, spleen and lymph nodes. Expression is also restricted to immature/transitional B cells. Three founder lines were generated 1962, 1967 and 2021. (J:89049)
