Mutation details: A cassette containing IRES-cre and an FRT-flanked neo cassette was inserted into exon 5 of the endogenous gene. Expression of functional cre recombinase was detected in both male and female gonads and in the Mullerian duct. Based on phenotypic similarity to previously described Amhr2 deficient mice, this allele is putatively null. (J:89999, J:118270)
