Mutation details: Deletion was induced by subjecting ES cells with a TK-neomycin cassette insertion at the Hdh locus to 400 Gy of gamma radiation. The resulting deletion extended from D5Mit73 to D5Mit351 and involved between 9 and 16 centimorgans of sequence. The deletion included, in addition to Hdh, the markers Dpp6, En2, Hm, Shh, Il6, and Kcnk3. (J:63451)
