Mutation details: A genomic fragment containing exons 24 and part of 25 was replaced with a neomycin selection cassette. The deleted sequences encode the NADPH binding sites. Western blot analysis on extracts of heart, lung, kidney and liver, and immunohistochemistry experiments on homozygous mice confirmed that no stable protein was expressed from this allele.
