Image
Caption Phenotypes observed in Asphtm1Jed/Asphtm1Jed mice. A: A shortened snout is observed in Asphtm1Jed/Asphtm1Jed (-/-) mice with complete penetrance but variable expressivity. B: A mild defect in the palatal ridges (arrowheads) was observed in all mutant mice examined. C: Fusion of the digits (soft tissues only) was observed to varying degrees in forelimbs and hindlimbs of mutant mice with essentially complete penetrance.
