| Caption | Npc1m1N/Npc1m1N (Npc1-/-) sperm were obtained from the cauda epididymides of 60 day old mutant mice. Microscopy analysis revealed a much greater number of abnormal morphology, such as, aberrant head (arrow 1) and headless tail (arrow 2), in the sperm of mutant mice. Arrow 3 illustrates normal sperm morphology. Original magnification, 600x. | ||||
