| Caption | Construction of the Snai3tm1.1Grid allele. Schematic representation of the wild-type Snai3 allele, the Snai3-EYFPneo targeting vector, and the targeted Snai3 allele in which exon 1 was replaced with an EYFP-loxP-neo-loxP cassette (Snai3-EYFP KI) allele. Exons are indicated by rectangles with coding sequences designated by gray shading. FRT sequences are marked by gray triangles. The EYFP-loxP-neo-loxP cassette was inserted at the ATG site in exon 1, replacing the remainder of the exon 1 coding sequence.
