E14.5 Casz1^{Gt(CJ0565)Wtsi}/Casz1^{Gt(CJ0565)Wtsi} (Casz1^{betageo/betageo}) fetuses exhibit abnormal lymphatic networks. Whole mount triple immunofluorescence labeling of back skin with antibodies to the lymphatic endothelial cells marker, LYVE-1 (green) and panendothelial cells marker, PECAM-1 (blue) in the mutant embryos (B and D) and control littermates (A and C). Compared with the control littermates, mutant embryos showed the enlarged and disorganized lymphatic vessel morphogenesis (red arrows).
