3-dimensional reconstructions of proximal femur of wild-type and Lrp5^tm3.2Mawa/Lrp5^tm3.2Mawa(Lrp5-/-), Hivep3^tm1Glm/Hivep3^tm1Glm (Shn3-/-) and Lrp5^tm3.2Mawa/Lrp5^tm3.2Mawa Hivep3^tm1Glm/Hivep3^tm1Glm (Lrp5-/-,Shn3-/-) mice. Lrp5^tm3.2Mawa/Lrp5^tm3.2Mawa mice display low bone mass. Lrp5 deletion partially resversed the osteosclerotic bone phenotype exhibited by Hivep3^tm1Glm/Hivep3^tm1Glm mice.
