TH+ neurons are depleted in the Elp1^{tm1c(KOMP)Wtsi}/Elp1^{tm1c(KOMP)Wtsi} H2az2^{Tg(Wnt1-cre)11Rth}/0I (CKO) dorsal root ganglia (DRG). (A and B) Immunostaining with antibodies against TH and Tuj-1 show a dramatic reduction in the number of TH+ neurons in the DRG of CKO embryos (B) compared with littermate controls (A).
