Reprogramming of adult mouse rods into cone-like cells in Nrl^tm1Jcco/Nrl^tm1Jcco Tg(CAG-cre/Esr1*)5Amc/0 (Acute Nrl KO) mice. Mice were treated with 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT) at P42 and sacrificed for analysis at P63. Control is Nrl^tm1Jcco/Nrl⁺ Tg(CAG-cre/Esr1*)5Amc/0 + 4-OHT and acute Nrl KO is Nrl^tm1Jcco/Nrl^tm1Jcco Tg(CAG-cre/Esr1*)5Amc/0 + 4-OHT.
