Pikfyve^{Gt(AT0926)Wtsi}/Pikfyve^{Gt(AT0926)Wtsi} (Pikfyve^{Beta-geo/Beta-geo}) pups are 50% smaller than their heterozygous (Pikfyve^wt/Beta-geo) or wild-type (wt) littermates. The majority of the homozygous pups died within a few days of birth.
