B, liver sections of newborn wild-type, Abhd5^tm1.1Rze/Abhd5^tm1.1Rze (Cgi-58-/-), and Pnpla2^tm1Rze/Pnpla2^tm1Rze (Atgl-/-) mice were stained with Sudan III/hematoxylin and analyzed by light microscopy indicating an increase of neutral lipid content in each mutant. Scale bars represent 50 um.
