Although normal at birth, Col7a1^tm1Lbt/Col7a1^tm1Lbt (Col7a1^flNeo/flNeo) mice grew slower than their wild-type (Col7a1^WT/WT) or Col7a1^tm1Lbt/Col7a1⁺ (Col7a1^flNeo/WT) littermates.
