Hematoxylin eosin staining of 7 week old wild-type (A) and Fgr^Mhdaali18/Fgr^Mhdaali18 hindpaw sections indicate inflammatory infiltrations into the synovium, periosteum and bone marrow of the Fgr^Mhdaali18/Fgr^Mhdaali18 (B). Asterik (*) indicates inflammatory infiltration into the joint space. Inflammatory periosteum and endosteum is seen in the epiphysis (C) and diaphysis (D) of the Fgr^Mhdaali18/Fgr^Mhdaali18 mouse. Skin sections of the Fgr^Mhdaali18/Fgr^Mhdaali18 (E) reveal inflammatory infiltration into the epidermis and dermis. Destruction of the keratinocyte layers and epidermis (F) is observed in the Fgr^Mhdaali18/Fgr^Mhdaali18 (* indicates fibrin formation). Magnification: A & B: X8; C-F: X16
