Caption Hematoxylin eosin staining of 7 week old wild-type (A) and FgrMhdaali18/FgrMhdaali18 hindpaw sections indicate inflammatory infiltrations into the synovium, periosteum and bone marrow of the FgrMhdaali18/FgrMhdaali18 (B). Asterik (*) indicates inflammatory infiltration into the joint space. Inflammatory periosteum and endosteum is seen in the epiphysis (C) and diaphysis (D) of the FgrMhdaali18/FgrMhdaali18 mouse. Skin sections of the FgrMhdaali18/FgrMhdaali18 (E) reveal inflammatory infiltration into the epidermis and dermis. Destruction of the keratinocyte layers and epidermis (F) is observed in the FgrMhdaali18/FgrMhdaali18 (* indicates fibrin formation). Magnification: A & B: X8; C-F: X16
