Caption Pupils of 4 month old Chrm3tm1Mmt/+ (A & C) and Chrm3tm1Mmt/Chrm3tm1Mmt (B & D) female littermates on instillation of an antagonist (astropine) under bright illumination. Before instillation (A & B), the pupils of the Chrm3tm1Mmt/Chrm3tm1Mmt are larger then those of the Chrm3tm1Mmt/+. Thirty minutes after instillation of 1% atropine (C & D), there is full dilatation of the pupils in both mice. Scalebar: 1mm
