Panel E. +/+ wildtype (left) and perinatal lethal Fgfr2^tm4Lni/Fgfr2^tm4Lni (right). The Fgfr2^tm4Lni/Fgfr2^tm4Lni show discoloration of the skin, smaller size, shortened face, open eyelids and lack of milk spot.
