Six week old Bcl2^tm1Dlo/Bcl2^tm1Dlo (left) is smaller, has gray hair, a rounder nose, and smaller ears than its Bcl2tm⁺/Bcl2⁺ normal littermate (right). The original agouti color of the mutant turns gray at 4-5 weeks of age.
