Inbred Strains
of Mice: SMXA
Inbr. F32-40 (1995). Set of recombinant inbred strains derived from a cross
between SM/J and A/J (
Goto et al 1993).
Inbreeding started in 1985, and a total of 26 strains have been developed,
designated SMXA1 to SMXA30 (strains 2, 13, 20 and 28 are extinct). So
far, the strains have been typed at 158 marker loci (
