Definition: An orbit rhabdomyosarcoma that is characterized by ill-defined aggregates of poorly differentiated malignant cells that are loosely arranged and separated into irregular ovoid spaces by thin fibrovascular septa in an alveolar pattern which is absent in the solid form.
