Mapping and Phenotype information for this QTL, its variants and associated markers

J:36501

The CcS-4 strain was found to exhibit a proliferation of T cells in response to Cd3 mAb. F2 hybrids between responder CcS-4 and parental BALB/c mice were examined to localize quantitative trait loci involved with control of this response. Tria2 was localized on mouse Chromosome 15 associated with marker D15Mit17 (P = 0.000099).
